Oakwood Management Ltd. was founded by Wayne Land, in 1982 and has focused on the Management of Residential property in Alberta. We manage single family homes, along with individual townhouse and apartment type condos and small commercial and multifamily complexes within the Capital Region. Our clients are held in high regard and we always seek to operate the respective property in what we would perceive is their best interest. Oakwood emphasizes obedience to the laws that govern rental management in the province of Alberta. This is to say we endeavor to operate to a high level of integrity with an assurance that proper action will be taken on our client’s behalf.

Oakwood Management Ltd. consists of property managers duly licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta and as well is a duly licensed Brokerage. This provides our clients with the comfort of knowing we come under authority in the handling of their funds under trust conditions. We enter Management Agreements and Residential Tenancy Agreements, as the case may be, so terms and conditions are clearly spelled out, in black and white, which can alleviate confusion as to what the terms of reference imply.
