The Process

  • Free property consultation, includes the current rental market, anticipated revenues, and marketing brief
  • Tenant Screening process using credit and background checks
  • Collection of rents and monies associated with property. Funds held in trust until bills paid, rent less disbursements deposited to your account.
  • Regular maintenance and repairs of properties
  • Inspections
  • All handling of legal services. Including but not limited to filing of court papers, attending court, execution of order and coordination of bailiff/sheriff if required.
  • Compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal authorities
  • 24 Hour Emergency Coverage
  • Delivery of monthly statements including revenues and expenses
  • Non-resident tax withholding
  • Ongoing education of management of drug trade recognition and delinquent tenants.
